This offer (the "25% Offer") gives you 25% off the initial subscription price of any subscription package (1-month, 3-month or 6-month) to Match.com.
ELIGIBILITY. To redeem your 25% Offer to Match.com, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Eligibility is limited to non-subscribers of Match.com who are 18 years of age or older, single or separated from spouse, and meet all other requirements outlined here and in the Match.com Terms of Use Agreement, located here. Current subscribers are not eligible.
BILLING UPON EXPIRATION. Upon the completion of your initial subscription period, you will be automatically billed for a full-paying, non-discounted Match.com subscription equivalent to the term you selected when you redeemed your 25% Offer unless you cancel your subscription (see "How To Cancel" below). For example
• if you choose the 6-month package for your 25% Offer, you will be renewed after the completion of the initial 6-month subscription period for a subsequent 6-month package at the then-current, non-promotional subscription rate.
• likewise, if you choose a 1-month package, you will be renewed on a monthly basis after the completion of the initial month at the then-current, non-promotional subscription rate. Thereafter, until you terminate your subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the conclusion of each subscription term at the then-current, non-promotional subscription rate.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. Please see Section 4 of the Match.com Terms of Use Agreement for instructions on how to cancel your subscription.
TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP AND PRIVACY. Your 25% Offer subscription and any subsequent subscriptions are governed by all of the terms and conditions on the Match.com site, including but not limited to the Match.com Terms of Use. You must agree to this Match.com Terms of Use Agreement to participate in the 25% Offer. The Terms of Use can be found by going to your account and clicking on the "Terms of Use" link. All information supplied to you is subject to the Match.com Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
Match.com reserves the right to refuse any subscription for any reason. This offer currently expires on January 31, 2023, provided that Match.com may discontinue this offer at any time. Limit one 25% Offer per person. Any attempt by a person to redeem more than one 25% Offer will be rejected. This offer is void where prohibited.
